Our Services
What we do, and the way we work

Acoustic works at the intersection of business strategy, concept development, design, and technology. The services below cover what we do most often, but they are not the full picture. If you have a challenge that does not fit neatly into any of them, get in touch. If we cannot help, we will be the first to say so.

Humanistic Thinking™
Design Thinking gave the world a useful starting point. Humanistic Thinking™ takes it further. Our proprietary framework moves through four phases, Listen, Feel, Think, and Do, but the key difference is that it is genuinely non-linear. Teams move between phases as the problem demands, guided by one question throughout: is this actually a problem worth solving?

Concept & Design
From the kernel of an idea to a fully resolved design ready to build. We work through concept development, service design, and visual design as a single connected process, because separating them is where good ideas tend to lose their way.

Augmented Builds
We build websites, apps, platforms, and internal tools using AI-augmented development. The difference is not just the tools. It is that the people doing the building understand both the human experience and the code, and AI lets us keep those two things connected throughout.

Working Prototype
Before you commit to a full build, test the idea on real customers with something they can actually use. A Working Prototype is a functional digital product, stripped to its core, built to answer one question: is this worth building properly?

CX Review
When organisations review their own customer experience, they tend to protect what they have built rather than question it. We come in without that bias. An Acoustic CX Review looks at the full picture of how your customers, employees, and other stakeholders actually experience your organisation, and tells you honestly what is working and what is not.

Worst Experience Indicator™
Most CX metrics tell you how good an experience was on average. WXI™ tells you what was worst about it, and for whom. The delta between pre and post-experience sentiment pinpoints exactly where expectations broke down, and a single qualitative question gives your product and UX teams something they can actually act on. Available as part of a full CX Review or applied directly to an existing customer journey.

Training & Workshops
We run workshops, facilitated sessions, and training programmes for organisations that want to think and build differently. We also take that thinking on the road. From corporate innovation workshops to the Weekend Startup Lab founder programme, this is where Acoustic's frameworks meet the people who need them most.

AI Augmentation Mapping
Most organisations know AI should be part of how they work. Few know exactly where it fits, or where it would actually make a difference. AI Augmentation Mapping is a focused engagement that answers that question honestly, looking at your business, your people, and your processes to find where AI can genuinely augment what you do.

Middle-Out Innovation Strategy
Most organisations push innovation down from leadership or silo it in a dedicated team. Both approaches disconnect innovation from the people who actually understand the customer. Our approach works differently: combining strategic direction from the top with real insight from the ground up, so that innovation stays grounded, continuous, and owned by everyone.

Predictable Agility
Every project starts with Humanistic Thinking™. From there, we build a structure around the specific problem, the market, and the people involved, rather than fitting your challenge into a pre-existing process. We keep the organisational overhead lean by design. Technology handles the project management and onboarding, so the time and budget go where they should: into the thinking and the output. The result is an engagement that moves at the right pace, delivers what was actually needed, and makes financial sense. This means organising workshops and customer interviews when the problem demands it, ideating from agreed goals and strategies, and building with both longevity and adaptability in mind.

AI Augmentation Mapping
Augment first. Optimise later.
The efficiency argument for AI has a ceiling. Augmentation doesn’t. We help you find where AI can genuinely lift what your people do, not just reduce what they cost.
