CX Review
When organisations review their own customer experience, they tend to protect what they have built rather than question it. We come in without that bias. An Acoustic CX Review looks at the full picture of how your customers, employees, and other stakeholders actually experience your organisation, and tells you honestly what is working and what is not.

The sunk-cost fallacy is one of the most reliable obstacles to good CX work. Teams who built something find it hard to evaluate it objectively. The time invested, the decisions already made, the people who championed certain choices — all of it creates pressure to conclude that things are basically fine. Often they are not.
An Acoustic CX Review starts from the outside and works inward. We look at the full span of your customer experience, digital and physical, from first touchpoint to last, without any attachment to how it came to be. We apply the same lens to the experience of your employees and other stakeholders, because organisations rarely have a customer problem that is not also an internal problem.
What you get at the end is a clear-eyed account of where friction lives, where expectations are being missed, and where the real opportunities are. Not a list of everything that could theoretically be improved. A prioritised view of what actually matters, grounded in observation and insight rather than assumption.
The review is informed throughout by Humanistic Thinking™, which means we are always asking whose experience we are actually talking about, and whether the problems we find are the ones worth solving.
