AI Prototyping for Non-Technical Leaders
A hands-on workshop for executive leaders who want to understand AI prototyping by doing it. In one or two days, your leadership team builds a working digital prototype of a real business idea, no coding background required. The goal is not to turn executives into developers. It is to give them direct experience of what is now possible, so they can lead with confidence rather than depend on others to tell them.

Something has fundamentally changed about who can build digital products. The gap between having an idea and being able to test it has never been smaller.
Today, with the right tools and guidance, a non-technical leader can go from an idea to a working, interactive digital prototype in a matter of hours. Not a mockup. Not a slide deck. Something real, that can be shown to customers and handed to a development team to build on.
That is what this workshop delivers.
AI Prototyping for Non-Technical Leaders is a one or two day in-company session where your executive team brings a real business problem, a customer experience to improve, an internal process to rethink, a product idea that never quite got off the ground, and leaves with a working prototype they built themselves.
No technical background needed. The point is not to learn to code. It is to develop a firsthand understanding of what is now possible with AI tools, how quickly, and at what quality. Leaders who have built something, even once, ask better questions, make better decisions, and are much harder to mislead about what technology can and cannot do.
We actively encourage organisations to include their CTO or technical lead in the group. The workshop works best when executive vision and technical knowledge are in the same room. It builds a shared language that no briefing document can replicate, and it makes the prototypes better.
The workshop is run by Erik Ingvoldstad, who has spent over four decades training executives in digital tools and technologies, and the past decade building AI-augmented products across multiple industries. It is practical throughout. No trend slides, no theory. A problem, a tool, and something working by the end of the day.
Available in-company in Singapore or internationally, for groups of up to twelve. One day for a focused prototype, two days for more complex ideas and broader strategic exploration. A genuinely cost-effective way to upskill and inspire your leadership team on what AI makes possible, without the overhead of a lengthy transformation programme.
